Copyright & DMCA

Last updated July 6, 2026

The formal designated-agent record and legal address must be completed before relying on DMCA safe harbor.

Copyright notice

Send dmca@aigtee.com your signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the exact AIGTEE URL/material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that use is not authorized; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. Knowingly false notices may create liability.

Counter-notice

A removed user's counter-notice should identify the material and prior location, include contact details and signature, state under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and consent to the jurisdiction/service requirements applicable under the DMCA. AIGTEE may restore material after the statutory period unless the claimant reports a filed court action.

Process and repeat infringement

AIGTEE logs notices, limits access while reviewing where appropriate, forwards valid notices/counter-notices, preserves evidence, and may terminate repeat infringers in suitable circumstances. A designated agent's legal name, physical address, telephone, and current Copyright Office registration will replace this draft note when finalized.
