Using AIGTEE
You must be at least 13 and old enough to consent to digital services where you live. You are responsible for your account, instructions, content, delivery information, and lawful use. AIGTEE may change, suspend, or stop features as the product evolves.
AI and creative decisions
Outputs can vary, contain errors, resemble other work, or lack legal protection. AIGTEE provides creative assistance and wearability checks, not a guarantee of uniqueness, copyrightability, non-infringement, or suitability. Review a design before publishing or ordering.
Orders and payment
Prices, shipping, tax, and the item are shown before Stripe Checkout. Made-to-order items generally cannot be returned for change of mind or an incorrect size. Contact support within 14 days of delivery with evidence of a misprint, defect, or damage so we can assess a reprint or refund. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Service boundaries
You may not interfere with the service, bypass limits, scrape protected surfaces, reverse engineer non-public systems, extract models or prompts, misuse credentials, or use AIGTEE to violate law or third-party rights. We may remove content, cancel an unsafe or infringing order, limit access, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary.
Liability and disputes
The service is provided as available to the extent law permits. Final warranty disclaimers, liability caps, indemnity language, governing law, dispute venue, and company identity will be completed with counsel before scaled launch; mandatory consumer rights are not waived by this draft.
