Plain-language operating draft pending counsel review and final company details.

Data and purpose

AIGTEE processes account/contact data; prompts, references, designs, choices, and publication settings; order, shipping, support, and transaction metadata; API and security logs; and product analytics. We use it to operate, fulfill, secure, support, improve, measure, and comply with law. First-party journey measurement uses random 30-minute session and 90-day visitor identifiers plus tagged campaign fields and referrer hostname. It does not store an IP address, full referrer URL, prompt, or fingerprint in the journey ledger.

Processors

Relevant data is sent to providers that perform the requested service, currently including Stripe, Printful, Replicate, Vercel, Neon, Upstash, Resend, Google authentication, and consented analytics. Their processing is governed by their roles and terms. AIGTEE does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

AI memory and training

Identity Context distinguishes user-provided facts from inferences and explains its source. Signed-in users can inspect, correct, forget, export, pause, and delete it. Private prompts, references, designs, and identity context are not used to train AIGTEE or third-party models without a separate informed opt-in.

Retention and rights

Signed-in users can download a portable account export or schedule deletion from Data & Privacy. Deletion has a seven-day cancellable safety window and waits for active orders; account, memory, creative work, access keys, and AIGTEE-controlled image assets are then deleted. Completed transaction records may be minimized and retained where needed for tax, fraud, fulfillment, disputes, accounting, or legal obligations. Depending on location, users may also request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection at privacy@aigtee.com.

Children, transfers, and security

AIGTEE is not directed to children under 13. Providers may process data in other countries with applicable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; AIGTEE uses layered controls and will assess legally required notices if an incident affects personal data.
