How does it work?
Describe an idea in a sentence, pick a style, and we generate designs. Choose one, pick a garment, size, and color, and we print it on demand and ship it to you.
How long does shipping take?
Each piece is made to order. Production is typically 2–5 business days, plus carrier transit. You'll get tracking in your Wardrobe and by email once it ships. Checkout supports the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, selected EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore.
What's your return policy?
Because every item is custom-printed for you, we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size — please check the size guide before ordering. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we'll reprint or refund it free. Email us within 14 days with a photo.
How do sizes run?
Garments are standard unisex blanks (Bella+Canvas 3001 tee, Gildan 2400 long sleeve, Gildan 18500 hoodie). They fit true to size; size up for a relaxed fit. See the size guidefor exact measurements — custom prints can't be exchanged for fit.
Can I put any design on a shirt?
You own what you generate, but you're responsible for it. Don't create designs that use someone else's trademarks, logos, or copyrighted characters (e.g. brand names or franchise art) — we can't print infringing work and may cancel such orders. See the content policy.
Why does my design look faint on a dark garment?
Dark or thin-outlined artwork has low contrast on dark fabric. For black/navy garments, choose a design with bright or light elements, or switch to a white tee. The preview reflects how it will actually print.
Do you have an API?
Yes — generate, quote, and commission programmatically. See the docs and grab a key. Free keys include a daily generation limit; paid tiers raise it.
How do I manage my orders?
Your Wardrobe shows every order with live status and tracking. Unpaid orders can be completed or cancelled from their order page.
